By accessing or using omgwatchco.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. OMG Watch Co. is a subsidiary of Vaucanson, LLC and Vaucanson, Inc. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, use automated tools to scrape our content, or impersonate OMG Watch Co. or its representatives.
Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. All OMG Watch Co. timepieces are officially licensed products — fraternity names, crests, and symbols are the intellectual property of their respective organizations and are used under license.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fulfillment is not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Maryland, USA. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. OMG Watch Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original condition. All warranty service and out-of-warranty repairs are handled through the Vaucanson Service Center in Columbia, Maryland. Every watch is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering material and manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of OMG Watch Co., Vaucanson, LLC, or Vaucanson, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Vaucanson name, logo, and image are registered trademarks. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

By submitting any content (reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant OMG Watch Co., Vaucanson, LLC, and Vaucanson, Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our business. Employees and immediate family members of Vaucanson, LLC, Vaucanson, Inc., and their subsidiaries are not eligible to submit testimonials or reviews.
