Shipping
We ship from Florida.
All OMG Watch Co. orders are fulfilled and shipped from Florida. Every order ships in a branded gift box, fully insured, with tracking provided at dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Those fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns
30-day return window.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the watch meets the conditions below.
Accepted for return
- Unworn or gently worn
- No visible damage or scratches
- Strap intact and undamaged
- All original accessories present
- Original gift box included
Not accepted
- Broken or damaged strap
- Cracked or scratched crystal
- Signs of abuse or misuse
- Missing accessories or gift box
- Outside the 30-day window
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to initiate a return

Email sara@omgwatchco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval and return instructions. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Pack the watch securely in its original gift box and insure the shipment.

After inspection, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Warranty & repairs
Need a repair?
Every OMG Watch Co. timepiece includes a one-year limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Repair intake and service coordination are handled by our Florida-based team.
