Shipping policy
Every OMG Watch Co. timepiece is officially licensed and Swiss-made — and ships with the same level of care that went into building it. Here's what to expect after you place your order.
Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Maryland, USA. Every order ships in a branded OMG Watch Co. gift box, fully insured, with tracking provided at time of dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee
You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing time. International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival — these fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. OMG Watch Co. has no control over customs delays.
Signature & Insurance
All high-value shipments are sent via insured, tracked carrier. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your shipment, contact us within 5 days of delivery at sara@omgwatchco.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we'll make it right.
OMG Watch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or customs holds.
