Refund policy
We want you to love your watch. If for any reason you need to return it, we've made the process straightforward.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the watch meets the conditions below.
Accepted for Return
- Unworn or gently worn condition
- No visible damage or scratches
- Strap intact and undamaged
- All original accessories present
- Original OMG Watch Co. gift box included
Not Accepted for Return
- Broken or damaged strap
- Cracked or scratched crystal
- Signs of abuse or misuse
- Missing accessories, components, or original gift box
- Outside the 30-day return window
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Items that do not meet return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sara@omgwatchco.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24–48 hours, Monday–Thursday.
- Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions and the return address. Do not send the watch back without approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
- Pack the watch securely in its original gift box. We recommend insuring your return shipment — OMG Watch Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery at sara@omgwatchco.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every OMG Watch Co. timepiece is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. All warranty service and out-of-warranty repairs are handled through the Vaucanson Service Center in Columbia, Maryland. To request a repair, visit omgwatchco.com/repair.
